ADVISORY: Half-masting of flags in honour of Jocelyne Roy Vienneau

Flags at all �ǿ�Ӱ��app locations are to be lowered to half-mast until sunset on the day of the funeral or the memorial service of the late Jocelyne Roy Vienneau, who passed away on August 2, 2019. �ǿ�Ӱ��app is saddened to learn of the death of Her Honour following a courageous battle with cancer.
