As we continue to navigate shifts in program demand, external policy changes, and the financial pressures associated with new enrolment patterns, ÐÇ¿ÕÓ°ÊÓapp is making strategic workforce adjustments. These changes are necessary to ensure the long-term sustainability of the College while continuing to meet the needs of the students, industry partners, and communities we serve in an evolving post-secondary landscape.

One of the most difficult aspects of this response is its impact on employees. Today, ÐÇ¿ÕÓ°ÊÓapp announced a reduction of 28.65 positions, through a combination of retirements, vacancies, contract conclusions, layoffs, and reassignments.

These adjustments position ÐÇ¿ÕÓ°ÊÓapp for the future while ensuring we remain a strong and responsive institution, dedicated to student success and workforce readiness in New Brunswick.
